A Linguistic Person

On Wednesday, I was explaining something in class, and our lecturer called me a linguistic person. I think she said something like, "Hmm. A linguistic person would know how to differentiate that. To me, it's not very different." Something like that. More or less. 

Oh yeah?

I was happy! Because someone whom I've met for the first time (a new lecturer after the break) called me a linguistic person. I felt... acknowledged. It feels like it is indeed true that I am a language person, like that's where my talents lie (I think I've yet to find my talents, that's why I need someone to tell me). 

Yeah. It felt really good. That made my day, really, after a long day of classes. 

Anyway, shall begin revising for TOPIK test now. THIS SUNDAY. Oh dear oh dear.
