Long time! Before Chinese New Year ends, Happy CNY. 

Yesterday, I returned to uni for the first time since our semester break started - not as a student but as a tutor. 

I'm teaching basic Korean at the Korean Club of our uni. Teaching is definitely something new for me- although my mother was a teacher. First day as a teacher was not too bad I guess, but not very good either. My throat ached from too much talking, and it felt more worn out than it would usually feel after a six-hour karaoke session. Weird - I don't think I talked that much.

One night stay at Penang before we headed to Grandpa's for CNY.

I don't know how much I might be capable of doing as a Korean language tutor, but I'll try. If I can get the members to form sentences and carry out simple casual conversation on their own, that should be good enough.

Of course, I'm working on improving my Korean skills as well. Hopefully by the end of next year, I'll be able to take the next level of TOPIK.
