One Last Piece

If you've noticed the time I published the previous entry, you'd probably think I was crazy. I had so much to say, but after some time I couldn't seem to put everything into order and, express them in words.

I honestly didn't bother rereading the entire post, but I'm wondering if it's messy, as from what I can remember, it seems I simply dumped what I had to say into an entry and published it; and I guess it didn't really showed what I wanted to express.

Just now, I happened to come across this post from Chen Gang, Korea's men's singles coach (he's Chinese, if you hadn't realised), and I think what he said was all that I wanted to say. So, I'll just post it here and let his words speak for me.

Basically, it said:
1. Athletes were wrong for disrespecting the Olympic spirit, but we should think deep and notice the faults of the people who implemented the system.
2. Players will never forfeit or play fake on their own, we all know what/who is behind all these, so the players are not the only ones who should be punished.
3. Before implementing the system, they should have noticed the loophole, and found a way to cover that hole. My[as in Chen Gang's] idea is simple: after the round-robins, just let all players draw again to decide their opponents in the knock-out rounds. BWF should step out and apologise(to the players, coaches and fans) for their mistake, before punishing the players.
4. The eight players involved in the incident were the real victims. Don't blame them too much. They've devoted and worked so much for four years, but all their hard work have now transformed into tears of grievance.

Perfect round up of what I had to say. Thank goodness.

I actually spent hours scribbling lots of nonsense, and I didn't really manage to express that. Oh dear me.

Lesson learnt: Don't write when you're not in the mood to. You'll create rubbish. lol
