Hello World!

Yes, I'm back.

It's amazing how I completely abandoned this blog during the past few months. I've never done so ever since I started blogging. Guess I've grown up? It just seemed to me during the past few months, that blogging comes way behind many other things I have on my list to do. It probably wasn't a voluntary choice, but it has perhaps came to the point of life where many other things come ahead of updating this place. Though, I must say, I still hope to keep this place alive as far as I can go, because like I said, it's a way I keep track of my past.

Yours truly, 10 years ago.
So the final semester of my first year at uni started in March, and it just came to an end as I'm done with my finals last week. It was truly a very hectic and  busy semester, I must say. I kept myself so busy, now that I'm having my break I just don't really feel like doing anything productive. Heh, well not really, but you get the point. ;)

We had a mid-semester break, of course, in mid-May. But I was completely occupied for the entire of that eight-day break - writing for the Sudirman Cup 2013. I wanted to update my blog then, like I always do for most of the events I cover, but it was too much to hope for. Work often ended past midnight, and I was just too tired to do anything else apart from the necessaries.

Was even given the chance to participate in the drawing
ceremony. Yes, to DRAW lots for the quarter-final's
matches, not just watch.
But anyway, it was a great experience as usual, and I was glad I decided to spend my mid-sem break that way. Despite having to hand in an assignment on the week right after the break (which most people probably completed during the break), I was just contented and happy that my break was well spent - away from scholastic work - and that I managed to complete the assignment by the time it was due.

So basically, I've been busy ever since the beginning of the semester, and this break right now, is a break that I've not had since then. No I'm not complaining, in fact I'm very thankful that the past few months has been eventful for me.

With that, I'm done with my first year at university. Don't you think time now flies in a jet plane or something(anything faster than that)?

The backdrop I painted for our community mental health exhibition booth.
Since it's the end of the first year, here's something I would like to say- I've always heard that people who study psychology are very intimidating. I never thought so myself, but now that I'm in it, I guess I'm beginning to agree with it. People who study psychology are indeed very intimidating and scary individuals. ;)

Till then, I hope you're all good. If anyone still comes here, thank you for still being here despite my long absence.

Stay well.
